OUR CORNERSTONE: NATASHA MONI

Natasha Moni is a labour law specialist, she qualified in law from Wits University in 1999. After serving her articles she became an associate at the Labour Appeal Court. Natasha was admitted as an attorney in 2001 and has rights of appearance in the High Court of South Africa, as well as the Labour Court and Labour appeal Court. She has worked for Deneys Reitz (now Norton Rose) and Schindlers Attorneys as a Professional Assistant. In 2003 realising that she could add more value to her clients, she opened up her own law firm specializing in Labour Law, dispute resolution and labour litigation.

Natasha drafts precise employment contracts and company policies. She is finely tuned to assist with dispute resolution. As an international mediator and arbitrator, Natasha is primed to assist with conflict resolution, be it mediating internal disputes or chairing inquiries. Natasha litigates with integrity and only when necessary, she mitigates your risk!

Aside from her duties in her law firm Natasha has instructed law graduates in Labour Law at the Practical Legal Training School.
